General

Q.How PYS Pro will help me manage my fitness center/academy better?

PYS Pro helps you manage members and students in your facility and also keep track of your facility's operational and financial health. Through PYS Pro, facilities can send multiple messages and automate reminders. In your end, it tracks your facility's capacity utilization, and keep a daily record of your member's attendance.

Q. How can I add more venues/locations to my account?

PYS Pro allows facilities to add multiple locations under one account. From the facility page on the top right, a drop down leads to Venue. Click on Add venue to add more locations/venues to your account.

Dashboard

Q. How do I download my financials?

PYS Pro helps facilities keep track of the cash collected and revenue earned easily. The dashboard tab has 4 graphs that display detailed financial and capacity information. You can change the date range and customize it to meet your needs. You can download the information instantly too.

Q. How do I track the daily attendance in my facility?

PYS Pro helps users keep tab of daily footfall by segregating the users into Active, Inactive and Upcoming Renewal segments. You can download the list of all users that used the facility directly from the dashboard. The date range can be customized to access/view data for any period.

Q. How do I add multiple users to PYS Pro?

Adding users to PYS Pro has never been simpler.
1. Go to User tab
2. Click on Add user at the top right
3. Click on Multiple
4. Download Sample File
5. Refer to the sample format to add data
6. Click import file and upload the file

Q. How do I renew an expired user's membership?

It's easy. Go to User tab, and search for the specific user. Please note that a status button signifies the current membership/subscription status of the user.
Click on inactive (for an expired user).
Enter the following-
- Date of Payment: The date on which the payment was made
- Date of Joining: Date from which membership is due to start from
- Duration: Drag the bar to signify number of months the user has paid for
- Comment: Add any comment, if needed

Q.How do I add users to a class?

Users can be added to a class at 2 points:
a) When the class is being created - Add users
b) When the class has been created, additional users can be added by going to the details page for that specific class Class Tab > All Classes > Specific Class > Add Users

Q.How do I see the history of a specific user?

PYS Pro maintains the history of all your users. A quick snapshot can be seen by clicking on any user's name (one who has logged in the attendance page). -User > Specific User > Detail page > Tab wise details

Q.How do I download all my user data?

PYS Pro allows facility owners to have complete access to their user data at all points of time. One can easily download user data by following the given steps: -User Tab > (top left) Print / PDF / Excel

Q.Can I assign a customised Membership ID to my users?

Yes, Membership ID is a unique ID provided to each user that can never be duplicated at one venue. This can also be customized by inputting a custom membership ID while adding a user. By default, it picks the first two letters of your facility and assigns them serially.

Message

Q. How do I send bulk SMS to my users?

The Message tab allows facility owners to send bulk messages within seconds. Message Tab > New Message > SMS Select list to send message to / Enter body and submit Our team takes 3 hours to review and send the message checking for any abusive content.

PThe message tab allows facility owners to send bulk messages within seconds. Message Tab > New Message > Email Select list to send message to / Enter body and submit Our team takes 3 hours to review and send the message checking for any abusive content.

Q.Can I select and send messages only to a specific set of users?

Yes, there is an option for that too. Select users independently or select from the pre-existing buckets: Active / Inactive / Upcoming Renewal

Staff

Q. How do I add my team to PYS Pro?

PYS Pro allows you to not only track your users, but maintain and check the efficiency of your staff members too. All staff members- from coaches, to managers, receptionists can be added with varying levels of view and edit access from the Staff tab.

Q.Can I customize the permission access?

Yes, permission access to view and edit can be customized based on every facility owner's needs. We have pre-set rules for 5 different roles (attach screenshot). The view access can further be edited after selecting a staff type.

Attendance

Q. Can my users sign in using their application?

Yes. Your facility users can use their own dedicated application that can be used to log in and log out at the facility. Our elite plans provide each user with a dedicated account that they can use to login/mark their attendance, renew their membership, and browse through our content website.

Q.Can the users sign in using their membership ID?

Yes, users can sign in using their membership ID, mobile number or name.

Class

Q.How many classes can I create?

There are no restrictions on the number of classes that can be created. The PYS Pro team want coaches and trainers to focus only on their classes and leave the rest to us.

Q.How do I add users to a class?
